PySide Bugzilla Closed for New Bugs

PySide is now a Qt Add-on and uses the Qt Project's JIRA Bug Tracker instead of this Bugzilla instance. This Bugzilla is left for reference purposes.

References to repository changesets in Bugzilla are not linked. I believe they
previously were. See:

Matti, it's up to you to decide to mark this bug as WONTFIX or not, I'm fine
with both configurations and I guess the other PySide guys too.

I doubt they were links on the old server either. After a bit of googling, I
found out that you can indeed customize the bugzilla autolinkification [1].
However, I found no traces of any such customization on the old server, and
since it probably would take quite some time for me to dive into bugzilla
internals to provide the extension to do that (no matter how simple the
required regexps would be), I don't think it's worth the effort. Hence, marking
as wontfix.

On the other hand, I've whined several times that the changeset IDs should
actually be expressed as URLs in the bugzilla comments because the current
method is not very "user-friendly" and doesn't provide any context for people
not familiar wit gitorious. This would solve this issue just as well.

PySide release 1.0.2

Now I have a better argument for linked revisions in comments - it allows
people to learn how to develop PySide. For example, I am curious about how the
trick is done in bug #827

Matti, it seems that this plugin should help - see instructions at the bottom
of the page - http://code.google.com/p/bugzilla-vcs/wiki/GitHub
