PySide does not create documentation under cmake build dir.

All generated files MUST be under the build dir, including the documentation
stuff generated by "make apidoc" and "make html"

Fixed. All the generated files are now placed inside CMake build dir, with the
generated HTML documentation placed inside <CmakeBuildDir>/apidoc.
