QNetworkDiskCache has been part of Qt since 4.5 (according to 4.6
documentation: http://doc.qt.nokia.com/4.6/qnetworkdiskcache.html). It is
included in PyQt bindings.

PySide bindings are not available via import nor documented.

Fixed in commit PySide/aa47ffd8.
