Using add-function to add an operator is almost useless, as it ignores the
inject-code tags, writing the code solely based on the implicit conversion of
the argument.

We didn't need this until now, so it isn't relevant *until* now.

P4 or P5 imo, until someone need it.

I wouldn't want to keep team bugs alive just in case. I'd either make it
WONTFIX and have it reopened later or bump it up to P4 so that there would at
least be a chance of it being fixed at some point.
