Description Tomi Pieviläinen 2010-02-09 15:04:47 EET
As of speaking, PySide depends on libqt4-maemo5 >= 4.6.1~git20100122-0maemo1.
However actually newer packages than that have an ABI breakage. Please depend
on only the exact version, not "newer than", of qt4 until it stabilizes.

I think this is not a problem anymore, because wont be any more ABI breakage
after the already released technical preview of maemo5 module.

Lizardo, any comments?

I agree. Using an exact version dependency now will only complicate things
because we will need to rebuild the package on every minor qt update, even
though ABI breakage is not expected anymore.

As the reporter suggested, the workaround was only necessary when qt 4.6 was
unstable on Maemo 5. Therefore, I'll mark the bug as WONTFIX.
