ApiExtractor recognizes operator==(Phonon::ObjectDescription<T>)const as
operator==(Phonon::ObjectDescription)const causing an error on generated code,
so all classes inherited from the template class Phonon::ObjectDescription<T>
had their operator== and operator!= removed.
