Short example demonstrating the problem

Steps to reproduce:
Set the system volume to zero (or to a low volume) from status bar. Play a file
with a phonon application.

Expected outcome:
Audio or video would play without sound (or with low volume).

Actual outcome:
Audio is played with full power, blasting my ears off.

this work fine in the last PySide release, can you try again?

I create a small example in c++ and the error continue, this prove this is not
a PySide bug.
I attached the example in Qt Bug:
http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/browse/QTBUG-7416.
