Shiboken doesn't provide a positive feedback on amount of stuff
imported/converted.  When you're creating the typesystem.xml, it is good to run
`shiboken` one in a while to see how stats are changed to ensure you're on the
right track.

It will also be nice to get stats about all entities found, the one converted
and ignored, just to make sure that nothing is missed, but I don't know if that
is possible at all.
