QMessageBox contains setWindowTitle() method since version 4.2 of Qt -

However, it is not reflected in PySide docs -
http://www.pyside.org/docs/pyside/PySide/QtGui/QMessageBox.html

PySide is now a Qt-addon and uses Qt Project's JIRA tool for tracking bugs.
